From Uffenheim

Our time in Germany is almost over, and it’s time to update the blog again. A few readers asked us to post some photos of Uffenheim, the town where I was born and raised.
Uffenheim is a small town located in northern Bavaria about halfway between Würzburg and Ansbach. It’s remained kind of a back-water area, where the internet and even phone-answering machines are not yet common-place.
We are now preparing to return to Colombia. We are told that our place by the Andean slope-flying site is just about ready for us, so we’re looking forward to getting started.
